Meanwhile, Kiara observes Ruhi performing Tulsi puja and seeks permission to attend a friend’s party, concealed from Dadi. Persuaded by Ruhi, they agree to sneak out for an hour, encountering Abhira on their way.
In the kitchen, Abhira reminisces about her mother, expressing her determination to uphold tradition by preparing Gujiyas. Vidya joins her, and together they bond over the festive delicacy. Despite Abhira’s innovative suggestion of chocolate Gujiyas, Dadi insists on traditional preparations, oblivious to Abhira’s contributions.
As tensions simmer, Dadi distributes Shagun envelopes while excluding Abhira, evoking feelings of isolation. Meanwhile, Kiara and Ruhi find themselves in a perilous situation, prompting Kiara to reach out to Abhira for help.
Acting swiftly, Abhira comes to their rescue, confronting the perpetrators and ensuring their safety. However, her heroic act is met with Dadi’s wrath, who rebukes her for disregarding family norms.
Kiara and Ruhi, now safe, reluctantly reveal the truth, prompting Dadi to lash out and ultimately strike Kiara. Stepping in, Abhira defends Kiara, challenging Dadi’s approach and highlighting the erosion of familial bonds in the face of her animosity.
