The episode begins with Ruhi encountering Abhira, who informs her that Armaan sent her and urges her to come along. Meanwhile, Krish approaches Sanjay, pleading for an opportunity. However, Sanjay dismisses him, stating that Krish will be sent to the US. Krish protests, leading to Sanjay slapping him. As Krish falls, he is accidentally injured by someone carrying a large box.
Abhira witnesses the scene as Armaan advises clients, emphasizing the importance of cousins as akin to siblings. Armaan senses Krish is in trouble and inquires about his well-being from Abhira. She informs him that Krish is hospitalized, prompting Armaan to leave abruptly. Despite the clients’ objections over a significant case, Armaan tears up the check, emphasizing his prioritization of family over money.
At the hospital, Armaan discovers Krish’s broken leg, with Abhira and Ruhi also present. Ruhi reassures Armaan that Krish will recover from his fracture, but Armaan worries about Krish’s shattered dreams. Krish regains consciousness and laments over his performance and dreams. He questions the doctor about his ability to perform, to which the doctor advises him to focus on walking first.
Meanwhile, Kajal and Vidya express concern over not being able to contact Krish and Sanjay. Sanjay, filled with regret, is comforted by Armaan, who informs him that they can take Krish home. However, Abhira is visibly angry. Armaan brings Krish home, shocking everyone as Krish is seen on a wheelchair. Dadi insists that Krish stay with them until he recovers, despite his room being on an upper floor, which Sanjay reluctantly agrees to.
Dadi questions how Krish’s fracture occurred, and while Ruhi and Sanjay offer explanations, Abhira accuses Sanjay of intentionally causing Krish’s injury. Ruhi dismisses Abhira’s claim, leading to a heated argument between the two. Charu consoles Krish, while Dadi scolds Abhira for her accusations against Sanjay, who is revered as the city’s best lawyer. Armaan tries to calm the situation and encourages Krish, assuring him that he will recover and dance again.
As Krish sees Kajal and Charu, he breaks down, and Charu corroborates Abhira’s claim, stating that she knows Sanjay’s anger can lead to such consequences. Abhira and Ruhi reconcile, and later, Ruhi tries to cheer up Armaan by playing with glasses to make sounds. However, their moment is interrupted by Abhira’s arrival, who asserts her presence because Armaan is her husband.
Abhira’s statement creates tension between her and Ruhi. She confronts Ruhi, stating that she is only there because Armaan is her husband. Armaan tries to explain their friendship but is interrupted by a call from the hospital regarding Krish’s condition. Abhira insists on going with him, and they leave together.
At the hospital, Krish is undergoing treatment, with the doctors assuring that he will recover soon. Abhira and Armaan arrive, and Abhira rushes to Krish’s side, expressing her concern and apologizing for not being there earlier. Krish, touched by her words, forgives her and acknowledges her as his sister. Abhira is emotional, realizing the depth of their bond.
Meanwhile, Sanjay is filled with guilt over his actions and seeks forgiveness from Krish. He admits his mistake and promises to support Krish in pursuing his dreams. Krish, though hesitant at first, eventually accepts his father’s apology, understanding that everyone makes mistakes.
The episode ends on a positive note, with Krish’s condition improving and the family coming together to support him. Abhira and Ruhi also reconcile, understanding that their differences are insignificant compared to the love they share for Krish and each other.
